Founded by Mar Suau, a visionary from the idyllic island of Mallorca, The Ventourist is the culmination of her passion for curating exceptional travel experiences. A second-generation hotelier and co-owner of the boutique Son Brull Hotel, Mar has always been driven by a desire to share her island’s hidden gems with others.
Starting with Foodie Cycling in 2021, she reimagined the concept of active travel, transforming it into The Ventourist, a broader vision that celebrates the art of balancing adventure with luxury.
Together with Carlos Martínez Abad—a seasoned field manager with over 20 years of expertise in designing active travel experiences—Mar ensures that every journey is as dynamic and bespoke as the travelers themselves.
