Spot the Lemons — A Summer Photo Competition

Our beaut UNWAXED LEMONS magazine is hitting the road this summer, taking pride of place in some of our favourite bookshops and magazine stores across the world from NYC to Tokyo.

And in Europe, we've gone a step further, taking over the store windows of select hubs. From Munich, Milan to London, if you spot those lemons glowing in a shop window display, we want to see them.

So here's the game. Find the display, take a snap, send it in. The best and most creative shot wins. Simple as that. Get creative, amigos.

How to enter

1. Find UNWAXED LEMONS in one of the shop windows above.

2. Take a photo. Get creative, the more playful, the better.
3. Submit your masterpiece to feedme@theaficionados.com, subject line SPOT THE LEMONS, with your name and contact details. Tell us where and when the picture was taken.
4. Entries close midnight UK time, 31 July 2026.

That's it. No masterclass required. Find the mag if you can, take a snap, send, and maybe win.

The Prizes

I'll personally pick my favourite shop window for the top prize, plus five runners-up for smaller treats. What are they? Honestly, I don't know yet, but they'll be good. Dinner with me, Iain the Editor & founder, a night for two at one of our hotels (without me), a goodie bag, maybe a case of Negroni. I'm biased.

The stuff you need to know and read: Basic terms and conditions: Open to entrants aged 18 and over. One entry per person. Entries must be received by 23:59 GMT on 31 July 2026. Winners chosen at the sole discretion of The Aficionados; the judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. By entering, you confirm the photo is your own and grant The Aficionados permission to feature it across our channels. Your details will only be used to administer the competition.
