The aroma is characterised by spices (clove, nutmeg, cumin) and is accompanied by nutty nuances, tobacco, red cherries and notes reminiscent of wild berries. The fruity impression is supported by a present acidity, with a simultaneous absence of disturbing bitterness. A very complex moment of pleasure with a long aromatic persistence.

Remember that eighties track by Yello which paired synth beats overlaid with ‘Oh Yeah’ on repeat – famously soundtracked in Ferris Buellers Day Off? Well, Yello’s bearded frontman Dieter Meier has now turned his hand to chocolate-making. 

The laboratory and shop are located on Crawford Street in Marylebone, London; here each client is able to encounter how a perfumer works and experience the working laboratory.

Dark Swiss Chocolate: cocoa (Dom. Rep.), cocoa butter (Dom. Rep.), sugar, cocoa extract (Dom. Rep.). Cocoa solids: 80% minimum. May contain milk, almonds and hazelnuts.

All ingredients of agricultural origin are organic.
