This vegetarian restaurant celebrates local produce and champions sustainability with both its food and wine menu. Savour a carefully sourced range of natural wines, mainly from Europe, alongside sharing plates. If you don’t have time for a full meal, swing by their sibling establishment Senhor Manuel, just opposite.
Responsible, regenerative agriculture is at the heart of SEM – a restaurant and wine bar that sets the standard for sustainability high. They reduce waste in terms of both packaging and food, while crafting a tasting menu that has won countless awards. You’ll find a wine list packed full of minimal-intervention wines – all the result of careful farming and a hands-offapproach.
Prado is a celebration of Portugal. Modern dishes are made from fresh, local, seasonal produce paired with organic, biodynamic and natural wines from around the world. As well as the more formal restaurant, the team here has a sibling wine bar and shop, Prado Merceria, where you’ll find an exclusively Portuguese range of minimal-intervention wines, and simpler small plates.
